Hotel Residence Spalena

Location was good- only 15 min walk to the old town, 5 min walk to Wenceslas Square. Breakfast in the restaurant was nice even though we didn't have it included it wasn't too expensive. Room came with fridge/freezer microwave and hob. Room was nice and modern

The location was excellent. You can find shops (there's a shopping center 2mins away that also has a Billa) and interesting places to visit within walking distance. The room (apt with split level) was spacious, clean, with everything on point. The water pressure was alright, there was hot water at every hour we wanted. The receptionists were nice, they answered every questions we had, the check-in and check-out process went smoothly. Due to flight changes we arrived a day later and we received a free breakfast which was nice of them to do. Other reviews mentioned the tram being loud and not being able to rest because of it, In our case it wasn't like that. Yes, you can hear it(our room was facing the main street), but it's not super loud and it wasn't an issue for us. The hotel restaurant was fantastic: the waiters were very nice and the food was excellent, both quality- and price-wise. We also ate our dinners there.

Great location, close to all sights and restaurants, bars, shopping centers. Minutes away from the metro, trams and bus stations. The hotel is located in one of the old buildings in the center and the walls are thick, so street noise is not a problem. The room was great - very clean and spacious, exactly as described and in the photos, with all the necessary amenities, extremely well heated. The front desk staff were very kind. When we visit Prague again, I will choose Hotel Spalena again.

We absolutely love our stay there! The room was clean and comfortable, they even prepared small presents - sweets and sparkling wine. We were surprised! The location is perfect: many public transport stops (tram, bus, subway) in the vicinity; 5-15 min by foot to the most famous places in Prague; many cafes and restaurants of all sorts to your disposal; supermarkets near the hotel. It was a beautiful experience, we would love to stay there again!

Apartment was very spacious with chocolates and bubbly on arrival which was a lovely touch. It was extremely clean. Breakfast was lovely with friendly staff in restaurant and hotel. Read some negative reviews but i have only positives.
